You can purchase at the KAGAMI Crystal direct stores 'Ginza Shop', 'Palace Shop', 'Headquarters Shop', the official KAGAMI online shop on the web 'Rakuten Market', 'Yahoo! Shopping Store', and at major department stores nationwide (if not available in-store, it can be ordered in).
We produce regularly, but there may be times when there is temporarily no stock available.
The bookmark included with the product contains a brief description of Edo Kiriko and Kagami Crystal, and it is also provided in English. Additionally, for products made by traditional craftsmen, there is a bookmark introducing their biography, which is similarly provided in English.
Please contact the store where you made your purchase. Only products purchased at KAGAMI CRYSTAL’s directly operated stores (Ginza Shop, Palace Shop, Headquarters Shop, Rakuten Market Store, Yahoo! Shopping Store), excluding outlet sale items, will be wrapped as usual. Please bring your receipt, delivery note, etc. to the nearest KAGAMI CRYSTAL directly operated store.

Please do not use the dishwasher. Due to detergent residues, the surface of the glass may become cloudy (a phenomenon known as cloudiness). In such cases, we are unable to repair the glasses, so we appreciate your understanding.
Crystal glass is not heat-resistant glass. It can break due to sudden temperature changes. Depending on the temperature conditions, if the temperature difference is below 30 degrees, it will not break. The strength of our products against thermal shock conforms to JIS standards.
We cannot repair damage to the glass rim or a broken stem (leg). Additionally, unexpected damage may occur during transportation or repair, so we cannot accept it.
The strength of the glass is equivalent to that of ordinary glass. It has been finished thinly to ensure a smooth mouthfeel, so please handle it with care.
Soaking in lukewarm water weakens the adhesive of the seal. Please remove the seal before use.
Depending on the product size and design, there are items without the KAGAMI brand seal and stencil. (Such as shot glasses, vases, glasses with cuts on the bottom, etc.)
Wash with lukewarm water diluted with a neutral detergent using a soft sponge or cloth. If stains are difficult to remove, it is effective to rub with a lemon wedge sprinkled with salt or to wipe with salt mixed with vinegar.
It seems that water stains have adhered. Water stains on glass cannot be removed. It is recommended to change the water regularly.
There is an insulation paper between the mechanism and the battery at the time of shipment. Please remove it to activate the clock. The battery can be purchased at hardware stores or electronics stores. If the clock does not start even after removing the insulation paper, it is possible that the insulation paper has torn. Please remove the battery and take off the white paper. If you reinsert the battery and it still does not work, there may be a possibility of initial defects. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please take it to the nearest directly managed store or contact us by phone.
We had not been authorized as a purvetor of the Imperial Household Agency. However, we have supplied glassware for the offical use at the State Guest House and the Imperial Household Agency.
Satsuma Kiriko began production at the 'Shuuseikan' when the Satsuma domain invited Edo glass craftsmen during the late Edo period. However, it came to an end after about 20 years. After that, production started in 1985. Its characteristics include the thickness of colored layered glass and the fading (gradient) created by cutting.
Pure gold is used as a raw material for the red color. The production process takes more steps than for other colors and is 10 to 20 percent more expensive than other colors.
Products purchased at the KAGAMI CRYSTAL direct store can be returned only if there are defects in quality, within one week from the date of purchase. However, this applies only to unused items. Please bring the receipt from your purchase. *Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience are not accepted.
