■How to clean and polish your crystal glass |
|
Avoid using a dish washer.
Dissolve kitchen detergent in warm water and wash the glass gently with a sponge or a soft cloth. A soft brush can be used on cut glass. When washing the inside of a glass, avoid twisting it. Hold the glass in one hand and gently wash it with a sponge in the other.
Rinse the glass well with clean warm water, and place it upside down on a dry cloth. Before the glass dries completely, wipe it gently with a soft cloth.
Do not hold a wine glass by its base while polishing the bowl; twisting the stem could cause it to snap.
Polish glassware with caution and avoid touching it directly with fingers or hands. Any dirt spots can be removed by dabbing with a cut lemon.

| ■Storage |
| Never stack glasses or tumblers. They could be damaged or stick to each other. We recommend you insert paper or cloth in between individual pieces. Handle with care, so that glasses do not knock against each other |
| |
| ■Caution |
Crystal glass is not heat-resistant, nor tempered. Please handle with great care. It is very vulnerable to rapid changes in temperature (particularly rapid cooling)
It is better not to leave water in a crystal flower vase for a long time. The interior surface of the vase may become covered with water stain. Wash, rinse and dry vases immediately after use.
Never put crystal glass into a microwave oven as it very likely to break [and any metallic elements on the glass may cause arcing].
Never use a dishwasher for cleaning crystal glass, as this will cause scratching and clouding. Always wash by hand.
